THE DETAILS, WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK
A few clear answers.
What counts as a free editing task?
The free task covers one original PSD per account. Its 24-hour window starts with the first successful delivery of an edited PNG. Within that window, editing several text layers, undoing changes and downloading again are included. Opening a file, loading a font, previewing or a failed edit will not consume the task. Public examples remain free.
Does Text Pass renew automatically?
No. It is a one-time $4.90 payment for 30 days. You choose whether to buy another pass. Our launch rule is to add 30 days when buying again while a pass is active. The connected platform does not yet support this renewal, so purchases remain closed. After expiry, a new pass starts when payment is confirmed.
Does a paid pass support more PSD files?
Both plans use the same file and font requirements: RGB 8-bit PSD, a saved composite, up to 50 MiB and 8 million canvas pixels. Text editing has additional layer and font limits. Review the text editor’s support information, or check why a text layer cannot be edited. Text reflow and effects can differ from Photoshop, so inspect the preview.
What do I receive?
A PNG at the original canvas size, without a watermark. Text Pass covers supported manual text changes and PNG exports. It does not include edited PSD export, AI features, CSV or batch processing. Files already downloaded remain yours to use after a pass expires.
